Bitumen Pressure Asphalt Distributor
Bitumen Pressure Distributor has been developed especially to aid operator's total requirements for portability and effective functionality. The product is truck mounted and equipped with a sophisticated heating system and a variable spray bar to ensure it can operate as a constant pressure system, comprising of an air compressor, auxiliary engine and a bitumen pump, giving a constant rate application of hot bitumen or cold tar. The product is also equipped with a special pressure cleaning system which facilitates cleaning the system after use and prevents clogging.
Operation
The operation of the spray bar is from operator's platform at the rear.
Truck
TATA 1613 SE Truck Chassis of WB-4225 mm. and 4x2 configuration or equivalent. The driver's cabin will be built as per R.T.O. requirement. The battery used for starting the diesel engine conforms to ISI.
ISI Specifications
All the bought-out components conform to relevant ISI specifications and are of reputed make.

Application:
Asphalt Distributor is widely used in highway construction and highway maintenance engineering. It can be used for the different pavements of upper and lower sealing layer, prime coat, waterproof layer, adhesive layer, asphalt surface treatment, bituminous penetration pavement, and fog sealing layer and other construction. It also can be used for transportation of liquid asphalt or other heavy oils.
