Warranty
One year or 1000hours whichever reach first from ex-factory date. During the guarantee period, we will provide the free easy-damageable spare parts which judged by our quality of production or raw material. After expiration, we provide cost spare parts maintenance of generators.
 
 
Performance Test
(1) Loading test includes 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% and 110% load before delivery with testing report.
(2) All generator testing standards is based on 1000meters altitude, 40ºC ambient air temperature and 90% relative air humidity.
